All orders are processed promptly during our business hours (Tuesday–Thursday 10 AM–6 PM | Friday 10 AM–4 PM). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery & Signature Requirement

  This ensures your package is placed directly in your hands and helps prevent loss or theft (“porch pirates”).

  If you choose to waive the signature requirement at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that once the carrier marks the package as delivered, Natural Wigs Store💕 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
