Refund policy

We offer No Refunds or Exchanges on all Products. Due to the Nature of our products, and because of sanitary hygiene purposes we will not accept any returns. However, if there a defect and the product has not been worn. Please contact us at 803-772-1600 ext. 2. No later than one day after receiving product from Natural Wigs.  All product will have a tracking number and will be tracked.
