These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order, booking a consultation, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Services

We provide premium wigs, toppers, and non-surgical hair replacement solutions. Every effort is made to display products accurately, though variations in color, texture, or fit may occur.

3. Consultations & Measurements

Clients may be asked to sign consent forms for head measurements and fittings. By signing, you acknowledge and permit our staff to perform these services.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, credit card companies). Orders must be paid in full before shipping or in-store pickup.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your information carefully.

  • To protect your order, we ship with Signature Required unless you choose to waive it.

  • If you waive Signature Required: you accept full responsibility once the carrier marks the package as delivered. Natural Wigs Store💕 will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

  • Tracking details will be provided. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of wigs and toppers, all sales are final.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

Products that show signs of wear, styling, cutting, coloring, or alterations of any kind will not be accepted for exchange.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or dissatisfaction due to natural variations in hair. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your product or service.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, photos, and written material are the property of Natural Wigs Store💕 and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law
